If you use Tata Photon(+) or Tata Docomo, and recharge using http://ichoose.in, I'm sure you have experienced this. You cannot recharge online using ichoose.in!
The problem was that on Internet Explorer, it did not show any recharge voucher amount to choose for recharging...
...and on Firefox 11 and Google Chrome, it did not even show me the web page-
I have been experiencing this since quite a few weeks now, I logged a complaint on their website on 30-Mar-2012. I got an automated reply (see below pic) but nothing happened after that...
... I then sought Twitter, reported this to @tatadocomo and reported it on twitter on 4-Apr-2012

Meanwhile, the problem on Firefox/Chrome (500 Internal Error) has been resolved, but I still cannot choose a recharge voucher on ichoose.in using any of the browsers to charge my Tata Photon(+).
How can a company which provides you internet not maintain its portal from where its customers can recharge online? I'm really very disappointed!

yeah, it is really pathetic..
They even do not maintain recharge transaction history in online account...the site is such pathetic..I don't understand who is their IT manager...how he can allow such low level site to be online..
Had tweeted the link to this blog to @tatadocomo, and they replied back with an email address - social@tatadocomomarketing.com. Have sent an email to them, let's see what happens now!
